How do I receive my invoice?
The invoice appears automatically in your personal client cabinet as soon as it is created. You can also download it as a PDF.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, Stripe (card), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Vipps. Pick whatever is easiest for you in the cabinet.
Is the client cabinet secure?
Yes. The cabinet is personal to each client, account numbers and payment data are redacted anywhere we show them publicly, and all payments go through secure, encrypted payment providers.
Can I pay a recurring subscription automatically?
Yes, for ongoing services (hosting, maintenance, AI subscriptions) we can set up automatic renewal via Stripe or Vipps by agreement.
What if I have a question about an invoice?
